Orders are processed within 2 business day from receipt of payment confirmation, 5 days a week from Monday to Friday. Shipping and packaging fees are included in the shipping costs. Transport costs may change due to the weight of the shipment.
All shipments are monitored. At the client’s request, we sent the parcel tracking number, which allows you to view the status.
When you want to order a parcel outside of the UK, please contact us first to determine the cost of sending and the method of payment.
UK SHIPPING – UK delivery guaranteed!
We send all packages via Royal Mail and you accept their terms and conditions (Royal Mail Terms & Conditions).
1st class: 1-3 business days
Priority: next business day (Saturday is not a business day so please do not write that the package did not arrive on Saturday)
In the case of lost parcels, if it is found that the courier has lost the parcel, we will re-send the order after 10 working days (this is exactly the amount of days in the Royal Mail regulations for delivering the parcel – according to Royal Mail, the parcel is considered lost after 10 working days from the date of sending).
We DON’T re-ship if the package has been signed or delivered, or is missing at your address, or has been signed by a person or persons other than the customer, or has been refused at your address.
We DON’T re-ship if the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address.
We DON’T re-ship if the customer didn’t collect the parcel.
SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE UK – INTERNATIONAL PARCELS
Under no circumstances are we liable for customs seizures! The customer bears the risk of shipping on himself.
We also do not accept any responsibility for damage, delay or loss of the shipment by domestic and international postal services. At the client’s request, we can send a receipt and the client himself tries to get a refund by post.
All proofs of shipments with the parcel tracking number are stored for up to 3 weeks, after this period there is no possibility of any complaints or receiving additional information about your shipment.
In the absence of a given product, we send the product of the same quality, only a different company.
